Art traditions represented: Warli paintings – Maharashtra. Saura & Pattachitra art – Odisha. Gond & Bhil art – Madhya Pradesh. Pithora paintings – Gujarat. Each artwork reflects deep ties between nature, spirituality, and community life. Significance Promotes preservation of India’s indigenous art traditions. Tribal art is not only aesthetic but also a repository of traditional knowledge, ecological wisdom, and cultural identity.
