Process of Registration, though it is not called OTR like UPSC & other State Commissions, but this registration number will be used in every advertisment.
There are five stages for application submission.

1. Creating / updating profile
2. Submit and Lock Profile
3. Check Profile Eligibility in Online Application As per Advisement
4. Submit Application for particular Advisement
5. Fees payment (Online Application section OR My Account section)

STEPS
Login to account with registered Email ID /mobile number, OTP received and password.
Creating / Updating Profile
After successful log in into account, click on profile creation.
Profile creation is divided into six steps.

1. Personal information
2. Address information
3. Other information
4. Qualification information
5. Experience information
6. Upload photo/ signature

As you fill the details at each step, click on SAVE which enable the Red representation move to Green.
On completion of all the details, you need to check box the terms and condition and on submission your profile will be locked.
The information needs to be updated before submitting or else through My Application section you can do the same through Unlock / Update tab.
The changes will reflect once it saved and on submission you lock your profile.
