Refund & Cancellation Policy of www.theexamtime.com
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a refund of unused services. Your refund will be processed to the source account by BK Lal Educational OPC Pvt Ltd, of which Sumit Kumar's The Exam Time is a unit.
Rules regarding refunds are as follows:
If you cancel your live class admission within seven days of the start date of admission, 20% of the fee will be deducted. If you cancel within 30 days of the start date of admission, 50% of the fee will be refunded. However, there are no refunds after the classes have begun.
There are no refunds for Teacher On Call.
Refunds for live interviews are available up to one week before the interview date.
Membership to the Resource Section is non-refundable.
Any purchases related to the test series are non-refundable.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the service(s) or proof of unused services.
