Adi Karmayogi: A Nationwide Governance Movement

"Adi Karmayogi" is a national mission that aims to improve tribal governance and service delivery in India by training 2 million grassroots workers. It is part of a 'Viksit Bharat' (Developed India) by 2047.
Key Objectives of the Mission
Creating Change Leaders: To create an active cadre of 2 million grassroots change leaders and village-level workers.
Responsive Governance: To strengthen inclusive development and service delivery in tribal areas.
Bottom-Up Approach: The mission reimagines governance, with decisions and policies flowing from the grassroots level upwards.
New Chapter of Development: Alongside flagship initiatives like PM-JANMAN and DAJGUA, the mission ushers in the next chapter of governance innovation built on the pillars of solidarity, community, and capacity.
Regional Process Laboratory (RPL) in Bhopal
Event: The second Regional Process Laboratory (RPL) was launched in Bhopal on July 22, 2025.
Target: This RPL serves as a strategic hub for training State Master Trainers (SMTs) from Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh.
Training Model:
The RPL will train State Master Trainers (SMTs).
The SMTs will then train District Master Trainers (DMTs).
The model also integrates Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to ensure participatory learning and localization.
Coordination Among Key Ministries and Departments
The mission is based on synergy between several ministries and departments, including:

भोपाल में क्षेत्रीय प्रक्रिया प्रयोगशाला (RPL)
आयोजन: 22 जुलाई 2025 को भोपाल में दूसरी क्षेत्रीय प्रक्रिया प्रयोगशाला (RPL) का शुभारंभ हुआ।
लक्ष्य: यह RPL मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्य मास्टर प्रशिक्षकों (SMT) को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए एक रणनीतिक केंद्र के रूप में कार्य करता है।
प्रशिक्षण मॉडल:
RPL राज्य मास्टर प्रशिक्षकों (SMT) को प्रशिक्षित करेगा।
SMT फिर जिला मास्टर प्रशिक्षकों (DMT) को प्रशिक्षित करेंगे।
इस मॉडल में नागरिक समाज संगठनों (CSO) को भी शामिल किया गया है ताकि सहभागी शिक्षण और स्थानीय संदर्भों को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
प्रमुख मंत्रालयों और विभागों के बीच समन्वय
यह मिशन कई मंत्रालयों और विभागों के बीच समन्वय पर आधारित है, जिनमें शामिल हैं:
