• देशभर में 9 स्वच्छ पौध केंद्र (Clean Plant Centers) स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं; महाराष्ट्र में 3 केंद्र (पुणे – अंगूर, नागपुर – संतरा, सोलापुर – अनार) 300 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनेंगे।
• कुल निवेश 1,765.67 करोड़ रुपये, जिसमें एशियाई विकास बैंक (ADB) से प्राप्त 98 मिलियन डॉलर का ऋण भी शामिल है।
• उद्देश्य: किसानों को रोगमुक्त, उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली पौध सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना ताकि उत्पादकता, लाभप्रदता और निर्यात प्रतिस्पर्धा में वृद्धि हो।
• आधुनिक नर्सरियों के माध्यम से प्रति वर्ष 8 करोड़ रोगमुक्त पौधे तैयार किए जाएंगे।
• इज़राइल और नीदरलैंड के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहयोग से पौध स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन को सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है।
