राष्ट्रीय ई-गवर्नेंस पुरस्कार 2025: / National e-Governance Awards 2025

जमीनी स्तर पर डिजिटल शासन को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाते हुए, देश की चुनिंदा ग्राम पंचायतों को राष्ट्रीय ई-गवर्नेंस पुरस्कार (NAeG) 2025 के तहत “सेवा वितरण को गहन बनाने के लिए ग्राम पंचायतों में जमीनी पहल” श्रेणी में सम्मानित किया गया।
ये पुरस्कार 28वें राष्ट्रीय ई-गवर्नेंस सम्मेलन के दौरान प्रदान किए गए। 
1.45 लाख से अधिक प्रविष्टियों के बहुस्तरीय मूल्यांकन के बाद चयनित पंचायतें:
स्वर्ण पुरस्कार: रोहिणी ग्राम पंचायत, धुले (महाराष्ट्र) – सरपंच डॉ. आनंदराव पावरा
रजत पुरस्कार: पश्चिम मजलिशपुर ग्राम पंचायत, पश्चिम त्रिपुरा – सरपंच श्रीमती अनिता देब दास
जूरी पुरस्कार:
पलसाना ग्राम पंचायत, सूरत (गुजरात) – सरपंच श्री प्रवीणभाई परषोत्तमभाई अहीर
सुआकाटी ग्राम पंचायत, केंदुझार (ओडिशा) – सरपंच श्रीमती कौतुक नाइक
प्रत्येक पुरस्कार के साथ एक ट्रॉफी, प्रमाण पत्र तथा 10 लाख (स्वर्ण) और 5 लाख रुपये (रजत) की प्रोत्साहन राशि दी गई, जिसे नागरिक केंद्रित पहलों में पुनर्निवेशित किया जाएगा।
मुख्य उपलब्धियां:
रोहिणी (महाराष्ट्र): राज्य की पहली पूरी तरह पेपरलेस ई-ऑफिस पंचायत, 1,027 ऑनलाइन सेवाओं के साथ 100% डिजिटल साक्षरता प्राप्त की।
पश्चिम मजलिशपुर (त्रिपुरा): नागरिक चार्टर आधारित शासन मॉडल, जन्म-मृत्यु, विवाह प्रमाणपत्र व मनरेगा कार्ड जैसी सेवाएं पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन।
पलसाना (गुजरात): क्यूआर/यूपीआई कर भुगतान और डिजिटल शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली को डिजिटल गुजरात पोर्टल से जोड़ा।
सुआकाटी (ओडिशा): ओडिशा वन और सेवा ओडिशा प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से चौबीसों घंटे ऑनलाइन सेवाओं की सुविधा प्रदान की।
यह पुरस्कार प्रशासनिक सुधार एवं लोक शिकायत विभाग (DARPG) और पंचायती राज मंत्रालय के सहयोग से स्थापित किया गया है।
सम्मेलन का विषय था “विकसित भारत: सिविल सेवा और डिजिटल परिवर्तन”, जिसमें देशभर की पंचायतों को इन सफल मॉडलों से प्रेरणा लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया।

In a historic move to promote digital governance at the grassroots level, select Gram Panchayats were honored with the newly introduced National e-Governance Awards (NAeG) 2025 under the category “Grassroots Initiatives in Gram Panchayats for Deepening Service Delivery.”
The awards were presented during the 28th National Conference on e-Governance (NCEG) held in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. 
After a rigorous multi-stage evaluation of over 1.45 lakh entries, the following Panchayats were awarded:
Gold Award: Rohini Gram Panchayat, Dhule District, Maharashtra – Sarpanch Dr. Anandrao Pawara
Silver Award: Paschim Majlishpur Gram Panchayat, West Tripura – Sarpanch Smt. Anita Deb Das
Jury Awards:
Palsana Gram Panchayat, Surat District, Gujarat – Sarpanch Shri Pravinbhai Parshottambhai Ahir
Suakati Gram Panchayat, Kendujhar District, Odisha – Sarpanch Smt. Kautuk Naik
Each award carries a trophy, certificate, and financial incentive – ₹10 lakh (Gold) and ₹5 lakh (Silver) – to be reinvested in citizen-centric initiatives.
Key Highlights:
Rohini Panchayat (Maharashtra): State’s first fully paperless e-office Gram Panchayat offering 1,027 online services and 100% household digital literacy.
Paschim Majlishpur (Tripura): Model of Charter-based governance providing digital access to birth, death, marriage certificates, property records, and MGNREGA job cards.
Palsana (Gujarat): Integrated QR/UPI tax payment and digital grievance redressal via Digital Gujarat and Gram Suvidha portals.
Suakati (Odisha): Enabled real-time tracking and 24x7 access through Odisha One and Seva Odisha platforms, highlighting inclusive governance under women leadership.
The awards, instituted jointly by DARPG and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, reflect the government’s vision that “Good Governance is best delivered through Digital Governance.”
The two-day national conference, organized in collaboration with MeitY and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and partnered by IIM Visakhapatnam, carried the theme “Viksit Bharat: Civil Services and Digital Transformation.”
A dedicated plenary session on “e-Governance in Gram Panchayats and Innovations at the Grassroots” was chaired by Vivek Bharadwaj, Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, to showcase these Panchayats as model examples for others across the country.
