1. मेंटर टुगेदर (Mentor Together) के साथ साझेदारी:
लक्ष्य: पहले वर्ष में दो लाख युवाओं तक पहुँचना।
लाभार्थी: 1 लाख नेशनल करियर सर्विस (NCS) और 1 लाख प्रधानमंत्री विकासशील भारत रोजगार योजना के प्रतिभागी।
सेवा: शहर और ज़िला स्तर पर व्यक्तिगत करियर मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना।
मार्गदर्शन: पहली बार नौकरी चाहने वालों, विशेष रूप से वंचित पृष्ठभूमि के लोगों को 24,000 से अधिक प्रशिक्षित पेशेवरों से व्यक्तिगत मार्गदर्शन मिलेगा।
2. क्विकर (Quicker) के साथ सहयोग:
उद्देश्य: रोजगार तंत्र को मजबूत करना।
एकीकरण: क्विकर जॉब्स से 1200 से ज़्यादा शहरों में प्रतिदिन 1,200 से अधिक नौकरियों की सूची को एनसीएस पोर्टल में एकीकृत करना।
पहुँच: ग्रामीण और वंचित क्षेत्रों के लाखों इच्छुक लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसरों तक पहुँच का विस्तार करना।

1. Partnership with Mentor Together:
Target: Expected to reach two lakh youth in the first year of the partnership.
Beneficiaries: 1 lakh participants from the National Career Service (NCS) and 1 lakh participants from the Pradhan Mantri Vikassheel Bharat Rozgar Yojana.
Service: Provides personalized career guidance with reach at the city and district levels to ensure no job seeker is left behind.
Mentorship: First-time job seekers, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, will receive personalized guidance from over 24,000 trained professionals.
2. Collaboration with Quicker:
Objective: To further strengthen the employment mechanism.
Integration: Renewal of the MoU to integrate over 1,200 daily job listings from Quicker Jobs across more than 1,200 cities into the NCS Portal.
Access: This collaboration expands access to job opportunities for millions of aspirants, particularly those in rural and disadvantaged areas.
