4. Protection of cultural property
Government's measures:

• Regular monitoring + deployment of private security guards and CISF as required
• On information of theft: FIR lodged + information to law enforcement agencies
• Issuing lookout notices (including custom exit channels)
• Goal: Detect and prevent export of stolen objects

5. Linkage with school education
