Integrated Textile Parks / एकीकृत वस्त्र पार्क

With the objective of facilitating investments in the textile sector, generating employment opportunities and boosting exports, the Ministry of Textiles is implementing the Scheme of Integrated Textile Parks (SITP) to provide support for setting up of textile parks with world-class, state-of-the-art infrastructure in textile hubs across the country. The scheme was operational till 31.03.2021; however, now the scheme has been subsumed under the umbrella scheme of Textile Cluster Development Scheme (TCDS) to complete the ongoing projects.
The Ministry regularly monitors the sanctioned projects through Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Office of Textile Commissioner. The PMC tracks the physical and financial achievements and ensures adherence to the stipulated timelines and quality standards.
Under the scheme, 50 parks have been sanctioned including 4 parks in Andhra Pradesh. Out of 50 parks, 30 parks have been completed and 20 projects are in various stages. At present, Rs 1,532 crore has been released by the Government of India and 1.23 lakh people have got employment. State-wise details of these projects are given below.

वस्त्र क्षेत्र में निवेश को बढ़ावा देने, रोजगार के अवसर उत्पन्न करने एवं निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से, कपड़ा मंत्रालय एकीकृत वस्त्र पार्क (एसआईटीपी) योजना का कार्यान्वयन कर रहा है जिससे पूरे देश के वस्त्र हब में विश्व-स्तरीय, अत्याधुनिक अवसंरचना के साथ ही वस्त्र पार्कों की स्थापना के लिए सहायता प्रदान की जा सके। यह योजना 31.03.2021 तक कार्यान्वित थी; हालांकि अब इस योजना को चालू परियोजनाओं को पूरा करने के लिए वस्त्र क्लस्टर विकास योजना (टीसीडीएस) की अम्ब्रेला योजना के अंतर्गत शामिल किया गया है।
मंत्रालय स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं की नियमित निगरानी परियोजना प्रबंधन सलाहकार (पीएमसी) एवं वस्त्र आयुक्त कार्यालय के माध्यम से करता है। पीएमसी भौतिक एवं वित्तीय उपलब्धियों की ट्रैकिंग करता है और निर्धारित समय सीमाओं एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करता है।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत, 50 पार्कों को स्वीकृत किया गया है जिनमें आंध्र प्रदेश में 4 पार्क शामिल हैं। 50 पार्कों में से 30 पार्कों का काम पूरा हो चुका है और 20 परियोजनाएं विभिन्न चरणों में हैं। वर्तमान में भारत सरकार की ओर से 1,532 करोड़ रुपये जारी किए जा चुके हैं और 1.23 लाख लोगों को रोजगार मिला है। इन परियोजनाओं का राज्यवार विवरण नीचे दिया गया है।
