लाचित दिवस : लाचित बोरफूकन (जन्म: 24 नवंबर, 1622, चराईदेव, असम) अहोम शासक प्रताप सिंह के प्रमुख सैन्य प्रशासक मोमाई तामुली बोरबारुआ के सबसे छोटे पुत्र थे। 24 नवंबर को लाचित दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। भारत के नए चीफ जस्टिस: जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने भारत के नए चीफ जस्टिस के रूप में शपथ ली। राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने जस्टिस सूर्यकांत को भारत के 53वें मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) के रूप में पद और गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई।
