देश का सेमीकंडक्टर मिशन बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों के सम्मान, आपूर्ति श्रृंखला विकास को समर्थन और वैश्विक भागीदारों के साथ सह-विकास मॉडल को बढ़ावा देने वाले भरोसे की बुनियाद पर टिका है। नवाचार को और मज़बूत करने के लिए, डीप टेक अलायंस के गठन की भी घोषणा की, जिसके लिए करीब एक अरब डॉलर की प्रतिबद्धता पहले ही जताई जा चुकी है। 

सेमीकॉन इंडिया 2025 में समझौता ज्ञापन/घोषणाएँ

1. भारत में विनिर्माण और पैकेजिंग के क्षेत्र में सेमीकंडक्टर क्षमताओं को और मज़बूत करने के लिए टाटा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और मर्क के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन
2. घरेलू सेमीकंडक्टर डिज़ाइन और आईपी इकोसिस्टम विकसित करने के लिए टाटा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और प्रगत संगणन विकास केंद्र (सी-डैक) के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन
3. स्पर्श-आईक्यू, थर्डीटेक, फोकली और सेंससेमी टेक्नोलॉजीज के सहयोग से केयन्स सेमीकॉन द्वारा लॉन्च किए गए, भारत के पहले पूर्णतः स्थानीयकृत स्वचालित कैमरा मॉड्यूल के संयुक्त विकास की शुरुआत की घोषणा
4. इंफिनिऑन के सहयोग के साथ केयन्स सेमीकॉन द्वारा भारत के पहले एमईएम माइक्रोफ़ोन और उन्नत सेमीकंडक्टर पैकेज प्रदान करने की घोषणा
5. स्मार्ट ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम से युक्त मेक-इन-इंडिया सिक्योर चिप के संयुक्त विकास की शुरुआत की घोषणा, जिसे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पासपोर्ट जैसे अगली पीढ़ी के डिजिटल पहचान समाधान को सशक्त बनाने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। इसे एलएंडटी सेमीकंडक्टर द्वारा आईआईटी गांधीनगर और सी-डैक के सहयोग से एक स्केलेबल सुरक्षा आर्किटेक्चर के आधार पर पर बनाया गया है।

7. सी-डैक द्वारा निर्मित स्वदेशी वीईजीए प्रोसेसर को गुजरात में एक महिला सह-नेतृत्व वाली घरेलू स्टार्टअप, इंडीसेमिक द्वारा ब्लूटूथ और लोरा कनेक्टिविटी के साथ एकीकृत करने वाले, भारत के पहले आईओटी इवोल्यूशन बोर्ड का अनावरण।

10. वैज्ञानिक और शैक्षिक सहयोग पर एरिज़ोना स्टेट यूनिवर्सिटी और इंडिया सेमीकंडक्टर मिशन (आईएसएम) के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन।
11. डीएलआई योजना के तहत, अनुमोदित कंपनियों को सिनोप्सिस आईपी तक सरल पहुँच प्रदान करने के लिए सी-डैक, सिनोप्सिस और आईआईटी मद्रास प्रवर्तक के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन।

आईएसएम के बारे में

The country's semiconductor mission is built on a foundation of trust that respects intellectual property rights, supports supply chain development, and promotes co-development models with global partners. To further strengthen innovation, the formation of the Deep Tech Alliance was also announced, with a commitment of nearly $1 billion already committed.
MoUs/Announcements at SEMICON India 2025

1. MoU between Tata Electronics and Merck to further strengthen semiconductor capabilities in manufacturing and packaging in India.
