भारत–सऊदी अरब संसदीय मैत्री समूह का गठन
लोकसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ओम बिरला ने घोषणा की कि भारत की संसद शीघ्र ही भारत–सऊदी अरब संसदीय मैत्री समूह का गठन करेगी। यह घोषणा संसद भवन में सऊदी अरब की शूरा काउंसिल की ओर से सऊदी–भारत संसदीय मैत्री समिति के चेयरमैन महामहिम मेजर जनरल डॉ. अब्दुल रहमान बिन सनहत अल‑हरबी के नेतृत्व में आए उच्च‑स्तरीय शिष्टमंडल के साथ बैठक के दौरान की गई।

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय चीता दिवस – 4 दिसंबर
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय चीता दिवस हर वर्ष 4 दिसंबर को मनाया जाता है। इस दिवस का उद्देश्य चीता संरक्षण, उसके आवास (हैबिटेट) की रक्षा तथा जैव विविधता के महत्व के प्रति जन–जागरूकता बढ़ाना है।

विकसित भारत के लिए परमाणु ऊर्जा मिशन
विकसित भारत के लिए परमाणु ऊर्जा मिशन का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2047 तक 100 गीगावाट‑इलेक्ट्रिक (GWe) परमाणु ऊर्जा उत्पादन क्षमता प्राप्त करना है। इस लक्ष्य से 2070 तक ‘नेट‑जीरो’ उत्सर्जन लक्ष्य हासिल करने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान अपेक्षित है, क्योंकि कम कार्बन वाली ऊर्जा मिश्रण में परमाणु ऊर्जा एक प्रमुख आधारभूत स्तंभ मानी जा रही है।

‘मेरा गांव, मेरी धरोहर’ (MGMD) कार्यक्रम – सांस्कृतिक मानचित्रण
देशभर में सांस्कृतिक मानचित्रण हेतु ‘मेरा गांव, मेरी धरोहर’ कार्यक्रम के तहत कुल 6,38,365 गांवों की पहचान की गई है। इनमें से 6,23,449 गांवों का डेटा अब तक एमजीएमडी पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया जा चुका है, जिससे स्थानीय परंपराओं, लोक कला, लोकगीत, हस्तशिल्प और सांस्कृतिक विरासत का डिजिटल अभिलेखन संभव हो रहा है।

भारत–इंडोनेशिया संयुक्त विशेष बल अभ्यास ‘गरुड़ शक्ति’ – 10वां संस्करण
भारत–इंडोनेशिया संयुक्त विशेष बल अभ्यास ‘गरुड़ शक्ति’ का 10वां संस्करण हिमाचल प्रदेश के बकलोह स्थित विशेष बल प्रशिक्षण स्कूल में प्रारंभ हुआ है। यह अभ्यास 3 से 12 दिसंबर 2025 तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिसका उद्देश्य दोनों देशों के विशेष बलों के बीच आपसी समझ, इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी और संयुक्त संचालन क्षमता को बढ़ाना है।

एक्सरसाइज ‘गरुड़ 25’ का समापन – इंडो–फ्रेंच एयर फोर्स अभ्यास
‘एक्सरसाइज गरुड़ 25’ का सफलतापूर्वक समापन हो चुका है, जो भारत और फ्रांस की वायु सेनाओं के बीच द्विपक्षीय हवाई युद्धाभ्यास (bilateral air exercise) का 8वां संस्करण है। इस अभ्यास से संयुक्त वायु अभियानों, हवाई युद्ध कौशल, और परस्पर संचालन क्षमता को मजबूत करने में मदद मिली है।

‘आदि संस्कृति’ डिजिटल अधिगम मंच – बीटा संस्करण
‘आदि संस्कृति’ डिजिटल अधिगम (शिक्षण) मंच के बीटा संस्करण का शुभारंभ 10 सितंबर 2025 को किया गया था। यह मंच अभी विकास के चरण में है और मंत्रालय व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए एक लर्निंग मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम विकसित करने तथा प्रमाणित पाठ्यक्रम प्रदान करने के लिए विश्वविद्यालयों को शामिल करने के अवसरों पर काम कर रहा है, ताकि कौशल‑आधारित अधिगम और प्रमाणन को प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके।

Formation of India–Saudi Arabia Parliamentary Friendship Group
Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla announced that the Parliament of India will soon constitute an India–Saudi Arabia Parliamentary Friendship Group. The announcement was made during a meeting in Parliament House with a high‑level delegation led by His Excellency Major General Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Sanhat Al‑Harbi, Chairman of the Saudi–India Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

International Cheetah Day – 4 December
International Cheetah Day is observed every year on 4 December. The day is aimed at raising awareness about cheetah conservation, protection of its habitat and the broader importance of biodiversity.

Nuclear Energy Mission for a Developed India
The Nuclear Energy Mission for a Developed India aims to achieve an installed nuclear power capacity of 100 gigawatt‑electric (GWe) by 2047. This target is expected to contribute substantially towards achieving the net‑zero emissions goal by 2070, as nuclear power is considered a key low‑carbon baseload source in India’s future energy mix.

‘Mera Gaon Meri Dharohar’ (MGMD) Programme – Cultural Mapping
Under the ‘Mera Gaon Meri Dharohar’ programme for cultural mapping across the country, a total of 6,38,365 villages have been identified. Data of 6,23,449 villages has already been uploaded on the MGMD portal, enabling digital documentation of local traditions, folk arts, crafts, songs and cultural heritage.

India–Indonesia Joint Special Forces Exercise ‘Garuda Shakti’ – 10th Edition
The 10th edition of the India–Indonesia Joint Special Forces Exercise ‘Garuda Shakti’ has commenced at the Special Forces Training School in Bakloh, Himachal Pradesh. The exercise is being conducted from 3 to 12 December 2025 with the objective of enhancing interoperability, mutual understanding and joint operational capabilities between the Special Forces of the two countries.

Exercise ‘Garuda 25’ – Indo–French Air Force Drill
Exercise ‘Garuda 25’, the 8th edition of the bilateral air exercise between the Indian Air Force and the French Air and Space Force, has been successfully completed. The exercise strengthened joint air operations, air combat skills and interoperability between the two air forces.

‘Adi Sanskriti’ Digital Learning Platform – Beta Version
The beta version of the ‘Adi Sanskriti’ digital learning platform was launched on 10 September 2025. The platform is currently under development, and the ministry is exploring opportunities to build a learning management system for vocational courses and to involve universities for offering certified courses, thereby promoting skills‑oriented learning and formal certification.
