जोहान्सबर्ग में जी-20 शिखर सम्मेलन / G-20 Summit in Johannesburg

प्रधानमंत्री ने छह विचार प्रस्तुत किए:
जी-20 वैश्विक पारंपरिक ज्ञान भंडार का निर्माण: यह भावी पीढ़ियों के लाभ के लिए मानवता के सामूहिक ज्ञान का उपयोग करेगा।
जी -20 अफ्रीका कौशल गुणक का निर्माण: इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य अफ्रीका में युवाओं को कौशल प्रदान करने के लिए दस लाख प्रमाणित प्रशिक्षकों का एक समूह तैयार करना है। इससे स्थानीय क्षमताएं विकसित होंगी और महाद्वीप में दीर्घकालिक विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
जी- 20 वैश्विक स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रतिक्रिया दल का निर्माण: इसमें जी 20 के प्रत्येक देश के स्वास्थ्य सेवा विशेषज्ञ शामिल होंगे और इन्हें दुनिया के किसी भी हिस्से में वैश्विक स्वास्थ्य चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए तैनात किया जा सकता है।
जी-20 मुक्त उपग्रह डेटा साझेदारी की स्थापना: इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से जी-20 अंतरिक्ष एजेंसियों का उपग्रह डेटा विकासशील देशों को कृषि, मत्स्य पालन, आपदा प्रबंधन आदि गतिविधियों के लिए उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
जी-20 क्रिटिकल मिनरल्स सर्कुलरिटी पहल का निर्माण: यह पहल पुनर्चक्रण, शहरी खनन, सेकेंड-लाइफ बैटरी परियोजनाओं और विभिन्न प्रकार के नवाचारों को बढ़ावा देगी, आपूर्ति श्रृंखला सुरक्षा को मजबूत करने और विकास के स्वच्छ मार्ग विकसित करने में मदद करेगी।
ड्रग टेरर नेक्सस का मुकाबला करने के लिए जी-20 पहल का निर्माण: यह नशीली दवाओं की तस्करी को संबोधित करेगा और ड्रग-आतंक अर्थव्यवस्था को तोड़ देगा।

भारत, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और कनाडा का संयुक्त वक्तव्य
भारत, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और कनाडा ने आज एक नई त्रिपक्षीय प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार साझेदारी- ऑस्ट्रेलिया-कनाडा-भारत प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार (एसीआईटीआई) साझेदारी में प्रवेश करने पर सहमति व्यक्त की है।
तीनों पक्षों ने वर्तमान द्विपक्षीय पहलों के पूरक के रूप में महत्वपूर्ण और उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों पर सहयोग की अपनी महत्वाकांक्षा को दृढ बनाने पर भी सहमति जताई है।
यह पहल तीनों देशों की प्राकृतिक क्षमताओं का लाभ उठाने के साथ-साथ हरित ऊर्जा नवाचार तथा महत्वपूर्ण खनिजों सहित उदारपूर्ण आपूर्ति श्रृंखलाओं के निर्माण पर बल देगी। यह शुद्ध-शून्य उत्सर्जन के प्रति उनकी संबंधित महत्वाकांक्षा और रणनीतिक सहयोग को और परिपुष्ट करेगा और एक सुरक्षित, सतत और उदारपूर्ण भविष्य की दिशा में आपूर्ति श्रृंखलाओं के विविधीकरण को बढ़ावा देगा। यह साझेदारी हमारे नागरिकों के जीवन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता के विकास और इसे व्यापक रूप से अपनाने पर भी विचार करेगी।

The Prime Minister presented six ideas:
Building the G-20 Global Traditional Knowledge Repository: This will harness humanity's collective wisdom for the benefit of future generations.
Building the G-20 Africa Skills Multiplier: This program aims to create a pool of one million certified trainers to skill youth in Africa. This will build local capacities and promote long-term development on the continent.
Creation of the G-20 Global Healthcare Response Team: This will comprise healthcare experts from each G20 country and can be deployed to address global health challenges in any part of the world.
Establishment of the G20 Open Satellite Data Partnership: Through this program, satellite data from G20 space agencies will be made available to developing countries for activities such as agriculture, fisheries, disaster management, and more.
Creation of the G20 Critical Minerals Circularity Initiative: This initiative will promote recycling, urban mining, second-life battery projects, and various innovations, strengthening supply chain security, and developing clean pathways to development.
Creation of the G20 Initiative to Combat the Drug Terror Nexus: This initiative will address drug trafficking and dismantle the drug-terror economy.
Joint Statement by India, Australia, and Canada
India, Australia, and Canada today agreed to enter into a new trilateral technology and innovation partnership—the Australia-Canada-India Technology and Innovation (ACITI) Partnership.
The three sides also agreed to strengthen their ambition to collaborate on critical and emerging technologies, complementing existing bilateral initiatives.
This initiative will leverage the natural strengths of the three countries, as well as build resilient supply chains, including green energy innovation and critical minerals. It will further strengthen their respective ambitions and strategic cooperation towards net-zero emissions and promote the diversification of supply chains towards a secure, sustainable, and resilient future. The partnership will also consider the development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence to improve the lives of our citizens.
